Parts 1-5 at Cafe Calaca (5.18.2024)

I. Anima to inert

Anima, the irrational part of the soul and the
    feminine part of a man

Inert, the lack of vigor

On the peripheral
He kissed her and started to cry
In her, he saw--a wife, a mother, a burden and a whore
A complex beauty made his manhood bygone
He kissed her     and began to cry. Genesis 29:10

If we cannot manifest past our subconcsious fear
The ego and the mind will step in to gain control
Detach from the necessary pain of the process
On a higher level--

The one who hesitates is lost.

II. Daddy dream

He was drunk at home. The veil was thin. His friends came over and there were Polaroids of girls with big fake breasts.
Spring break.
Neon green bikini, bright white face mask

Outside of my family
and whatever sorts of conditioning deemed
    moralistic and appropriate,

My mind exists as a stream of gargled particulars
Similar to the internet
an endless mirage of life, farce and coded illusions

In a box with all her memories
the magician cuts his assistant in two

Half a lady lies.

III. On top of my body
      You lay camoflage

A chameleon taking my shape and skin color
If not for the density of your dandelion chest
I never would have noticed your breath.

*deep inhale, deep exhales 3x*

My lover provides good,
measurable care
But he is not a romantic like me.

IV. Going to work

I wanted to look
I had to look

Suppressing the personal parts. I swallowed myself and regurgitated an alternate. Take my place until 3 o'clock.

I watched the eclipse
I did not see God.

V. My freedom does not sit at the base of your ballsack

When faster foods no longer satiate
Let go of the resistance so we can make our dreams possible.

To push intuition forward
Take inventory, own, integrate

If we are made majority of water
    deep, individual oceans

I was born to live outside of you

To be fulfilled is to flow freely into the current of more
The one who hesitates is lost.
